Role Staff President Chair Vice-Chair Trustee Vice-President President Emeritus Lady Neill DL Vice-President Anne Neill became a Vice-President of South Yorkshire's Community Foundation in 2018. She has been President of St Luke’s Hospice since 2000 and is a Trustee of several South Yorkshire charitable trusts. Anne was appointed as a Deputy-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire in 1999. Alex Pettifer MBE Vice-Chair Alex was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Sheffield Hallam University for services to charity and education in Yorkshire and Humber, having previously worked as its Director of Estate and Facilities. He was awarded an MBE for services to charities and the city of Sheffield. He is a former Chairman at St Luke’s Hospice, Sheffield Industrial Museums Trust and is Deputy Chairman of Sheffield City Trust. Alex Pettifer MBE LinkedIn page David Moody CVO President Emeritus Beginning in the Sheffield steel industry in 1963, David went on to hold senior positions in the sector including chairman and managing director at Spartan Sheffield. He had a spell as H.M. Lord Lieutenant of South Yorkshire from 2003 to 2015, which was followed by a honorary doctorate by Sheffield Hallam University in 2016. Andrew Coombe, CVO, CStJ President Emeritus A former H.M. Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (2015-2021), Andrew is a retired chartered accountant and lawyer who has also served in the Territorial Army. He has a broad portfolio of charitable work, as a trustee to St Luke’s Hospice, Broomgrove Nursing Home, the Bluecoat Educational Trust and the Freshgate Foundation. She's a Member of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, Chair of the South Yorkshire Committee of the Institute of Directors and Independent Chair of the HLM & LD Employee Ownership Trust. She began work as a Magistrate in 1991 and served in the Judiciary for 28 years before retiring. In 2020, Carole was appointed as the first ever female High Sheriff in South Yorkshire from Doncaster. Nick Pike Trustee Nick is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Certified Financial Planner as well as an accredited Later Life Adviser. He has provided financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients including private individuals, Trusts and pension schemes.
