Vacancy: Office Coordinator
Permanent position of 30 hours a week: Salary £20,800 pro rata for 30 hours a week £26,000 per annum FTE
Located at The Campus, Pack Horse Lane, High Green, Sheffield, S35 3HY
We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Office Coordinator with outstanding organisational and communication skills and a proven track-record in administration.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working with IT systems and databases, charity governance and meetings management, combined with excellent time-management skills.
Key tasks within this varied role include office supervision, responsibility for health and safety, handling enquiries from community groups, donors, funders and other partners, HR administration and quality assurance.
The role also involves supporting the Chief Executive to arrange and facilitate trustee meetings and the governance of the Charity, as well as assisting SYCF’s Finance Manager with basic financial tasks.
Candidates should have a passion for exceptional customer service, a sound understanding of the South Yorkshire voluntary sector and values which align with our own commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. The candidate will be expected to contribute towards setting positive behaviours within the workplace.
The position is suited to someone with previous experience who is keen to progress to the next level within a regional charity.
Working pattern over the working week to include Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, other hours/working days to be agreed.
