Sheffield Race Equality Commission

On Wednesday 14th July 2022, Sheffield City Council published its Race Equality Commission report.

Last year, representatives from South Yorkshire Community Foundation (our Chief Executive Ruth Willis, Fund Manager, Hazel Conduit) and South Yorkshire Funding Advice Bureau (Joint-head of SYFAB, Pete Foyle) shared their reflections on funding and supporting community organisations.

The report includes valuable narrative on the voluntary and community sector, including the barriers to obtaining funding amongst its recommendations.
