Why you should be as excited about Localgiving.com as we are!

Localgiving.com is a not for profit organisation that helps smaller local charities and community groups to reach more supporters, raise more money and help more people by providing them with an online giving webpage.
The greatest thing about Localgiving.com (why we like it so much anyway) is that it is unique in what it does, because it gives small unregistered charities just as much service and support as larger charities.
Localgiving.com does so much for local charities and community groups', including helping them receive giftaid and has ongoing campaigns such as 'Grow Your Tenner'. It does everything it can to give even more opportunity to charities so they can get the funds they need to keep giving and helping their community.
Localgiving.com works alongside Community Foundations across the country so they can use their specialist knowledge to support their local community groups and charities all the way through the process of joining up and managing their page with Localgiving.
South Yorkshire Community Foundation is currently inviting and helping local groups and charities to sign up to Localgiving.com. We want as many groups and charities as possible to benefit from this online giving website as possible.
The team here at SYCF know from experience just how much of a benefit having an online giving platform can be. It is invaluable for giving donors a simple and easy way to give donations to the causes that they care about. That is why we are so keen to get everyone on board!
